Statesman Hotel Elevator Button Proper Fix

Included in CivisRomanus Unofficial Fallout 3 Fixes.

1. Fix for Fission Battery not being removed from the player's inventory, if both conditions are fulfilled (Repair >= 75, player has the battery).

2. Fix for script running in GameMode (aka every frame while you are in the area) setting ad infinitum "Set Button to GetButtonPressed" even if you repaired the elevator.

a. The XP granted for repairing the elevator should be 50 not 25 (as seen in screenshot). I'm using my own "Slower leveling mod" which cuts the XP gained in half.

b. You can restore the elevator's power only if your Repair >= 75, even if you have the Fission Battery or Donovan's wrench.

New in version 1. 1 (bonus to my faithful users and not only)

1. Fix for leaking pipes in Megaton. "Set Button to GetButtonPressed" will run only once while the message (see screenshot) is active, not every frame while you are in the area (until you repaired them).

2. "You repaired the leaking pipe." for 10s. Yeah, I got it. Ain't that kicked in the head. Decreased its duration to 2s.

New in version 1. 2

1. Fix for checking "Destroyed" state of the leaking pipes every time you are in Megaton, after repairing the leaks.

2. Deactivated "Game Mode" block in FreeformMegatonQuestSCRIPT. No real need to check every 5s, if all the pipes have been fixed for 150hrs (or more) of your gameplay. This will be checked only 3 times, when you repair the leaks.
