Description: This Mod adds a Small shack in springvale Behind the gas station Contains: Several Storage containers all containers Makred (respawns) respawn ofcourse 1 small suprise and 1 Big suprise (they are for show but its nice) Also a Unique verson of Liconlns Repeater (for your own use) a second shack with several shelves and lots of storage some respawning containers outside 8 rifles on that Army truck in a Crate.. normal ammounts of ammo on that truck.. The rest Look and you shall see V3 Info: Now cntains a Workbench and Sink in the House in the Storage shack is a Infirmary.. also +4 Ammo boxes for storage inside the Living house (they dont respawn and are empty) Bugs/conflicts: Turrets attacking caravans Strange.. Conflicts with bigger explosions.. Additional info: Contains NO Navmeshes.. Need to learn how to to them when i got fallout 3 back ( lostmy copy or i loeaned it cant remember ) Screenshots uploaded!
