This is a bright red shack next to the water tower in springvale. It contains a kitchen,living room,bed,bathroom, and work area,but it\'s all in one room. It has a lot of weapons and armor in the lockers. It has a safe for your rare items and a footlocker for personal stuff. Has a workbench,chem. set,jukebox for galaxy radio,radio for enclave,nuka cola machine, and an infirmary set. No dlc requirments. You have to click on the pictures to view them.
