Springvale Basement Hideout

I started working on this mod a few days ago. It's very basic, but hopefully good enough for people to like.

The hideout contains a  stove that works like a container as well as a water purifying device, a work bench, and a light switch at the entrance of the hideout... I know it's kinda stupid, I was just messing around with the scripting language and made that light switch. There is plenty of containers in the hideout for you to use.

You must travel to Springvale Elementary School and retrieve the key to your new hideout.

Scripting files: If you by any chance go and see the scripts that I wrote for the mod you might be wondering why it's a giant mess. Well... I started learning the language only a few days ago, I tried using a loop on one of the scripts to make it more modular but for some reason it was not doing what I wanted. Once I understand the language a bit better I will fix it. Maybe even add a quest line for this mod, highly unlikely though since Fallout 4 is just around the corner.

Location:  It's the first house on left when you are coming down from Vault 101. The entrance is in the back, the first picture shows where to look, not hard to miss.

Requirements: Broken Steel DLC

Installation: Drop the contents of the zip folder into the "data" folder for Fallout 3.

(SPOILER: I'm about to give you the location of the key..... Ok. To get the key, you must go to the Springvale Elementary school, kill the leader of the raiders, and get the key to get access to the cave with all the ants. At the end of that cave there is two bodies, one of them has the key to the hideout.)
