Updated to version 0. 3. I finally figured out how to retexture it without including the NIF. It only took 7 years!

Description

The Terrible Shotgun retextured, without the blueing, worn but well looked after.

This is just a retexture, This is a simple retexture, done as a request. nothing else was modified (I hope). All I did was create the mod, the idea and textures are someone elses.

Suggestions to improve the mod are welcome, I am sure it could be done more efficiently.

WARNING!

This is my first mod, it may destroy your Fallout 3 installation and save games. I have tested it, but there is no guarantee it will actually work.

All complaints to me please.

Install

Use NMM, MO or FOMM. Or unpack to a temporary folder and copy to your /Fallout 3/Data folder

Uninstall

Use your mod manager, or delete these files in your Fallout3/Data folder: Readme - Terrible Shotgun Shiney.txt TSGShiney.esp And delete this folders in the Fallout3/Data directory Textures/Weapons/TSGShiney

There shouldn't be anything else in the TSGShiney folders apart from textures for The Terrible Shotgun

Upgrade

There shouldn't be any problems. Follow your mod managers usual procedure. To do it manually, follow the removal & install instructions above.

Just make sure to remove all the files before installing the new ones. In particular, make sure there are is no Meshes/Weapons/TSGshiney folder before upgrading

It will conflict with other mods that modify the Terrible Shotgun.
