Scout Power Armor Beta _FOSE_

NOTE: THIS MOD REQUIRES THAT YOU RUN THE FALLOUT SCRIPT EXTENDER (FOSE). You can get it at http://fose.silverlock.org/ . The project is currently in Beta, and is not supporting the release of any mods at this time. Likewise, I am not associated with the project, and will not provide setup support for FOSE. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Introduction: With Brotherhood influence increasing in the area, the Outcasts have had to resort to new methods to locate, liberate and retrieve technology. In the spirit of this endeavour, they attempted to strip down a suit of power armor in order to make it extremely lightweight. With no heavy steel weighing it down, the power assistance properties of the armor were put to better use - allowing the wearer to move with increased speed. The tradeoffs are large, though. With no heavy plating, the wearer is extremely vulnerable to damage. Furthermore, there is little protecting the mechanisms of the armor, so it is extremely brittle and must be constantly maintained. The Outcasts presently only have one prototype model, and the test pilot has gone missing. His last mission involved investigating SatCom Array NW-07c. Changes: Adds 1 unique armor to the game, and 1 corpse to the worldspace. The location and formID of the armor can be found in the Scout Armor Location.txt.
