Perk is rather difficult to take though it is allowed to take it on 10 or 15 lvl(depends on the file you choose) but it needs 70 points in science, 65 points in small guns and 5 in agility
Scope Master Perk Do you love weapons with scopes but you cant use them properly because of small accuracy and damage? This perk will change it! You put a targeting system in your eyes. And it worked! Every rank of this perk increases your damage and accuracy from scoped weapons in 2 times. sorry for multilanguage on the screens \'cause i am from russia
