Rusty the Bear FO3 Edition

Description

Adds a new unique cuddly companion to the game, who comes complete with his own toy arsenal.

Voiced by Mishaxhi, the author of Niner

He levels with the player, starting at lv. 8 with a cap of lv. 40.

Choose between ranged attack where Rusty will use his custom automatic BB minigun, or melee where he uses his criplling Rattle weapon which does bonus limb damage.  Plus he carries his own cutomized exploding baseball grenades!

Comes fully voiced with several commands: tell him to switch from ranged to melee, stand guard, trade equipment, stay close or keep a distance, and generally relax in the current area.

For now, when you decide to part ways Rusty will use the Sewer Waystation (His starting location where you will find him) as his home until I can figure out how to cater for either Megaton home or the Tenpenny Tower, to avoid any risk of him being sent to an inaccessible location.

The vanilla teddy skin was a little too low-res for me so I improved it, from 256x256 to 1024x1024 with greater detail and normal map

Rusty's combat armour uses the vanilla texture so will work with any texture replacer.

Rustys BB Minigun has been slightly altered to look a bit more like a toy gun, diffuse and normal maps.
