little patch that gives a choice of going into utility tunnels or the vault
v2. fixed navmesh i always hated having to go into the utility tunnels before i could get into the vault ever since they changed it. as i want to just go to the vault 95% of the time. so i made this little patch that gives me a choice, and i thought there might be others that felt the same way so im sharing it. this can be merged with the .esm using FO3 plugin utility, i have done this & it works just fine. but as always backup your files incase something screws up. makes no other changes to V1. and we left the light on for you, lol
