Rivet City Secret Laboratory

ATTENTION: DUE TO A BUG OF FO3Edit THE ROOM IN THE MID DECK WILL BE COMPLETELY RESETTED. IF YOU ARE UPDATING FROM AN EARLYER VERSION OF THE ROOM REMOVE ALL YOUR STUFF BEFORE ACTIVATING THE NEW .esp !!! This plugin adds a small room at the Rivet City Mid Deck and a secret laboratory under it which has a passage to the Patomac River. There\'s a Teleportation Hat in the Mid Deck Room that teleports you back to the room immediately from whereever you are. As well there\'s a working mannequin in a stasis pod which you can equip with any armor you like. The room and the laboratory are fully navmeshed.
