Loft/Studio style apartment located in Rivet City with everything a wastelander needs.
Located inside the stairwell of Rivet City. Key isnt hard to find...mailbox. Included: Nuka-Cola Machine Lab and Infirm Set Full Bar and Dry Foods Storage For Everything You\'ve Scavenged Couple of Fruit Trees Personal Computer Safes Bathroom Work/Armory Area Big TV! Pool Table Carpet...well sorta Excellent Location Ok, this is my first mod and I had fun making it. I always liked the loft style apartments and figured Rivet City would be a perfect place to put one. No bartender but I may put one in later...a fine female :D I\'am working on several other mods but this one was ready for upload so here it is...enjoy! There are posters that contain pornographic material so if that offends you...don\'t download this mod.
