Boat House - by Drakkz This is a BETA TEST: still messing with it. Added Note: added bathroom fixed couple things (Requires Pointlookout) Will be working on version that wont require DLC. May have to use different boat though. For location: Wilhelms Wharf (See Images) ----------------------------- Features: Map Marker is visible Kitchen area appliances and cabinets 2 rooms: Main deck bedroom and below deck storage room with cot Safes: 1 kinda hidden in bedroom, other below deck. Plentiful personized storage containers Infirmary, lab and workbench Radio\\\'s, pooltable and bar area with seating. *other misc stuff. ----------------------------- Copy esp to Fallout 3>data remove to Un-install ----------------------------- Everything seemed okay for me but if this needs navmeshing, I could use some help.
