Reyes' Weapons Rebalance

This mod rebalances some of the firearms to be more useful or different in comparison to the vanilla game.

• []Handguns have increased damage & durability

  []The Chinese Assault Rifle and the Assault Rifle have been modified to be more different with the Chinese Assault Rifle (Now only named Assault Rifle) now having 30 bullet clips, increased damage and durability but also increased spread.

  []The original Assault Rifle (Now named Combat Rifle) has now 20 bullet clips but also does more damage than the Chinese Rifle, has increased durability and less spread.

  []Tracers have been reduced to 0. 10, now only 1 of 10 shots will appear.

  []Now most weapons don't do limb exploding or dismemberment.

  []The Sniper Rifle and the Hunting Rifle plus their uniques have faster projectiles.
