Restore Damaged Books

Description: Once you have the perk, damaged (scorched, burned, destroyed, ruined) books in your inventory will be converted randomly into either a Pre-War book, Skill book, Music Sheet, or Unsalvageable book. The perk requires level 22+, 7+ Intelligence, and 70+ Repair. I based these requirements on Voracious Reader from New Vegas. Unsalvageable Books can be used as Rock-It Launcher ammo.

GECK Details: The FormID, so if you want to either add/remove the perk via console, is XX000EA6 with the first two digits being the mod's load order. Unsalvageable Books are added to the RockItLauncherAmmo FormList via script once you get the perk as to not conflict with any mods that do modify said FormList. The random books in the rotation are as follows: 15 Pre-War books, 14 Skill books, 16 Unsalvageable books, and 3 Music Sheets. If you want to adjust the randomness of what you receive, you can modify the Leveled List in the GECK by adding or removing items. All FormIDs that I created in the GECK start with 'BTA.' I did not edit any vanilla Forms.

Requirements: Broken Steel DLC.

Installation: Put inside your Data folder, or use NMM.
