My simple mod, that halves the Bobbleheads' skill modifier effect (from 10 to 5).

Version History:
v1. 0 - decreased the skill points given by Bobbleheads from 10 to 5.
v1. 1 - fixed an issue: subtitles showed +5 Skill Points, but the real effects are remained at +10. Fixed. Description changed accordingly.
Known Issues: - None. If you find any please comment.
Installation: - Simply put it into Fallout 3/Data folder and load it as last as possible.
