I tinkered a bit with the vanilla Waterbreathing effect - it works like a charm now.
Moira will sell Rebreather for 400 caps (base price).
Drop it anywhere in your mod list - unless you have installed another mod which modifies the Waterbreathing effect.
Go fishing, scuba-diving or Megalodon hunting.

2. You have to buy it again from Moira. Many thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
I changed the name of the mod "Rebreather_WaterbreathingNVStyle" ---> "Rebreather Waterbreathing_NVStyle".
3. Rebreather is a unique item. Moira will sell it only once.
Pay attention to not lose it otherwise you have to use the console command to add it again in your inventory (look for its code with FO3Edit).
