Makes the accrual of experience more realistic.
Makes the accrual of experience more realistic, meaning you get experience directly depends on the basic characteristics: intellect (obtuse learns to slower and clever faster) and perception (blind/deaf, etc. cannot quickly learns because gets less information). In the archive two versions: Normal - if the intelligence and perception = 8 is received base experience if one or both characteristics it is more got a small rise to experience if it is less it is received less experience (if characteristics = 1 experience decreases approximately on 50 %). Difficult - if the intelligence and perception = 10 is received base experience if it is less that the considerable penalty to experience (if characteristics = 1 experience decreases approximately on 90 %) If characteristics are increased/reduced ability, illness or chemistry is the same affect the resulting experience. Mod is compatible with other mods changing experience charge. Updated, now works faster.
