Raiders wear leather

Remember how in fallout 1/2 raiders were leather wearing punks, with occasional metal armor? Well I thought it was kinda dumb DC raiders were a bunch of half naked retards and not more like the ones from the older ones. This mod simply makes raiders wear leather instead of there old raider rags. About 3/16 of raiders wear metal armor now too, and from time to time, a party hat Since it fits raiders, but it\'s rare, so you won\'t be seeing it on every raider.
