Psychotic Wasteland- Exodusters

The Serial Killer mod can be found here: LINK ~Psychotic Wasteland- Exodusters V1. 0 ~The Capital Wasteland is a dangerous place, but it\'s about to get a whole lot safer. The rumors of a Serial Killer have spread throughout the Wasteland, and people are starting to fear for their lives. The Serial Killer has brought great evils to the Wasteland, and must be stopped. Small bands of vigilante police officers, collectively referring to themselves as Exodusters, have formed to bring the Serial Killer the justice that he deserves. Many of these Exodusters have been killed in their attempts to capture the Serial Killer alive, and others have simply given up or lost interest. There are two Exodusters still alive, however, and by no means are they giving up yet. Their names are Samuel and Sarah. These two noble Exodusters are the last of their kind, and the last thread of hope for the safety of the people of the Wasteland. ~Installation 1. Extract the files to a temporary location. 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Copy or move files to your Fallout 3 Data folder. 4. Start your Fallout 3 Launcher, click \'Data Files\', and then place a checkmark beside the .esp file \"PWExodusters.esp\". ~Uninstallation 1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file. 2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod: a. \"PWExodusters.esp\" ~Incompatibility This mod should not have any incompatibility issues, unless any of the IDs in the game are identical to those in mine. If any major issues are found, please tell me on the comments, and I will attempt to fix them. ~Known Issues or Bugs None known. If any are found, please tell me on the comments! ~Possible Issues or Bugs 1. There may a small bug where the Exodusters may not be able to find the Killer, or simply choose not to search for him on a certain day. This will not have any effect on the player, although this may cause the Exodusters to \"camp\" in one position and not move. If this happens, then please reload the mod by uninstalling, then reinstalling the .esp file. This will not corrupt or ruin your save game in any way. Do not load the save game while doing this if you are fighting or are in the same worldspace as the Exodusters or the Killer. 2. The problem with auto killers is that they always present the possibility that lets essential characters be killed prematurely. This may end the storyline or questline if a character that is directly involved is killed before a certain point in a quest. To ensure that this does not happen, create a save game before installing this mod, OR find a mod that makes all essential characters unkillable. 3. Some of the locals may join in on the battle if it gets too heated. During the fight, the Radiant AI may have allowed for certain unspoken alliances to form between the Killer and the locals.
