This is a \"slave collar\" that, when worn, Will activate a stealth field around the wearer even if there standing up. Makes you ALLWAYS \'hidden\' when sneaking. I take NO credit for this. All i did was edit it so you dont need 1 energy cell every 10 seconds. I think you need a few energy cells in your inventory though, But it wont remove any.
