Power Armor dr and special. Overhaul

Sorry for that my English is suck. So I just have a short description and left all the other things for you guys to explore. Information>>>   -this mod increases all the original power armors' DR, condition, special., etc.   -the more advanced armor has the higher dr.   -every PA has its advantage. for example,T45 increases more strength,   Hellfire has the highest dr and fire resistance,and tesla armor has extra   energy resistance.   -the enclave and brotherhood soldiers now have higher condition for   their PA. which means they can be tougher, and maybe more difficult   to defeat. It works on……   all the original fallout3 PAs with DLC brokensteel. Installation>>>   use nmm or just copy the files into your game data.   *Attention: do NOT load a game which your character is wearing a PA. DO、NOT!    and please notice that if you have the dlc brokensteel. this mod needs it because   the hellfire PA.   At last……   Hope you guys could enjoy this mod, and if you have any problems, read the DESC   first. you can also left a comment to me as long as you can stand my alien-English   and long-time waiting.
