Perk Up

Perk Up! Add 14 new and unique perks to Fallout to increase perk variety. The Perks --------- 1. The Dead of Night - REQ: Agility 6, Sneak 30, Level 6 - EFF: +15 Sneak at night -INFO: You have learned to become one with the darkness of night, at night your Sneak is increased by 15. 2. Shining Smile - REQ: Charisma 6 - EFF: -10 Sneak + 2 Charisma -INFO: Your fantastic smile increases your Charisma by 2 but reduces your sneak by 10. 3. Great Negotiator - REQ: Charisma 8, Speech 60, Barter 40, Level 12 - EFF: Player\'s DR is increased by 20 when his weapon is holstered. -INFO: You\'ve learnt to apply your negotiating talents to combat. Miraculously you can even convince bullets to take it easy on you. Your DR is increased by 20 when you weapon is holstered. 4. Athlete - REQ: Agility 7, Level 8, Does not have Momentum Perk - EFF: 20% more accuracy while running. -INFO: Your running accuracy is improved by 20%. 5. Momentum - REQ: Endurance 6, Level 8, does not have Athlete Perk - EFF: +10% damage while running. -INFO: When you run you impart extra force into your attacks, you deal 10% more damage while running. 6. Morphine Abuse - REQ: Mecicine 35, Intelligence less than 6, Level 8 - EFF: +15 DR while under the effects of morphine, - 1 Agility. -INFO: You really love morphine. While under it\'s effects you gain a bonus 15 DR, but all morphine has left your body feeling numb, you sacrifice 1 point of Agility. 7. DC Veteran - REQ: Endurance 5, Strength 5, Level 14 - EFF: +5 DR and +10% damage against super mutants. -INFO: You\'ve spent many bloody days in the wasteland and have grown accustomed to dealing with super mutants. You gain 5 DR and do 30% more damage when fighting super mutants. 8. Zombie Slayer - REQ: Level 12 - EFF: +100% damage against feral ghouls. -INFO: You REALLY hate the zombie like feral ghouls of the underground. As a result you deal twice as much damage to feral ghouls. 9. Too Horrible to Die - REQ: Endurance 7, Very Evil, Level 14 - EFF: Under 10% the player gets maximum DR. -INFO: Your evil deeds have given you the repuation of a person so evil that even the grim reaper is even reluctant to face you. Below 10% health you will have maximum DR. 10. Enhanced Rad Regeneration - REQ: Rad Regeneration Perk, Level 12 - EFF: Health is regenerated while being exposed to radiation. At rank two; limbs are regenerated as well. -INFO: Your rad regeneration has improved even more, while being irradiated your health will regenerate. At rank two limbs will also regenerate. 11. Healer - REQ: Intelligence 5, Level 6 - EFF: +20 Medicine while maintaining Very good karma. -INFO: Your medicine skill is increase by 20 so long as your maintain very good karma. 12. Pew! Pew! - REQ: Perception 5, Intelligence 5, Level 2 - EFF: +10 Energy Weapons skill. -INFO: Energy Weapons really give you a buzz, your Energy Weapons skill is increased by 10. 13.
