Two terminals in Megaton give you the perks of your choosing! ALL perks available.
This mod just adds a couple of terminals in Megaton right in front of the Brass Lantern's entrance. You can give yourself any perk in the game (except Here and Now. Something weird happened with that). I also have a Fallout: New Vegas version of this. Thanks for the view and/or download!
