📋 About This Mod
100 ALL SKILLS ALL 10 S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Copy the file into your MyDocuments/Games/fallout3/saves. This is a save that starts you off at the beginning of the game with all of your skills set to 100, all of your SPECIAL set to 10, all perks (not including the ones from the broken steel dlc) and level 20. When loaded, only change your name dont edit the skill tags or the special or your going to get stuck. I suggest that you DO NOT have the broken steel dlc while you are playing this save.
