Outcast Power Helmet \"Hunter\" Version 0. 1. 1 BETA By Raki Description Somehow the Brotherhood of Steel Outcast managed to get T-51 Power Armor. However they could not retrieve the full armor of T-51, they only managed to get just the helmet. One of the Outcast scientists managed to tweak the helmet and enhance its performance while reducing a little bit of its defenses. The scientist added the stealth module to the helmet, and he called the helmet \"Hunter.\" In short the user of the helmet will get the capability of: Toggle-able night vision by pressing N key Toggle-able stealth field by pressing B key However the helmet require a Fission Battery for an operation about 3 minutes (real time). The helmet will warn the user if the Fission Battery is low in power. When the battery is completely exhausted the helmet will ask the user to install a new one, if the user has at least one of Fission Battery in his inventory. When the user chooses not to install the Fission Battery, the helmet will obey and the stealth module is disabled. If the user later wants to install a Fission Battery, he just needs to press M, and the helmet will ask again whether the user wants to install the battery or not. The helmet is located in the Brotherhood of Steel Outcast fort, in the same room as the Miss Launcher. I used FOSE 0001 beta3 when developed this mod, therefore the status of the mod is still in BETA. However all the functionalities of the helmet are there.
