This is my first mod ever. Location ======== It\'s located west of Canterbury Commons, close to a billboard. You can\'t miss it. Details ======= Nothing enemy wise but it does add a Nuka-Cola bot inside the building that will sell you Nuka-Cola. Install ======= 1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\\Fallout 3\\Data\\ (If it asks you to overwrite click yes.) 2. Start Fallout 3Launcher (or FOMM), click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s). Uninstall ========= 1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher (or FOMM), click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2. Delete the .esp file from \\Fallout3\\Data\\ Incompatibility =============== None that I know of.
