📋 About This Mod

Adds 9 non-lethal items to aid a pacifist player in avoiding/escaping combat.

Two of the NPCs are voiced with 11labs.

They use randomly generated voices.  They are not cloned off a real life voice.

I have a commercial license, so I didn't strictly have to put this info here, but I do so for those that are morally opposed to AI or just think AI voicing is flat, dull or just not aesthetically pleasing.

If you don't want to use the mod because of the AI voicing, please just move on and don't turn the comments into a discussion about AI.

Arkansas curses twice.  If this bothers you, you must have spent a massive amount of time removing all the foul language in the vanilla game...

This is an .esm, and it makes no direct changes to anything and places nothing in any vanilla areas. You can load it anywhere you want after the official dlcs. It requires Anchorage, because Angel uses a modified version of the stealth effect, which at one time had a point, but I should probably remove it now that she no longer follows the player for a distance.

There is a quest script running in gamemode at default speed at all times.  It was originally used to control Angel, but I added in other stuff to make Arkansas and Ellie do their packages the way I wanted. (And to make Arkansas not stunlock you for eternity if you shoot her on accident.)

There is an activator and a couple of statics that point to vanilla .nifs. I believe the file paths are correct, but if you see a ? missing .nif marker in their cell let me know so I can fix it.

The script that adds the vendor controller item runs very slowly so that it's not affecting performance while youre in the chargen tutorial.  It might take it a bit to add the controller after you come out of Vault 101. (One time I had to fast travel before the game would start the script.) After it adds the controller it shuts itself down.

Fatigue damage:

When fatigue damage makes an npc's fatigue less than 0 they go down until  it regens to 0.  This is why most of these weapons do some fatigue damage.  It's a way to work towards downing a mob even if you're not getting a crit.  Also, mobs downed from fatigue damage are lootable (anything that's not equipped and is flagged as playable).  This includes essential npcs, so be careful about who you loot while they are knocked out.

Items from this mod are sold at extremely low condition.  This is so you can easily afford them and check out which ones, if any, that you might want to use.  Then you can use the NLO repair kits on the ones you like or repair them at a vendor that does repairs.

Repulsive Armor issues/info:

Treat the Repulsive Armor like an AOE weapon that you can't control.

It can go off anytime you're in combat and paralyze at great range.

Don't wear it into town unless you want to anger that town's faction.

Don't wear it around friendlies except for followers, t
