Removes the karma penalty for killing Alien workers in the Mothership Zeta DLC. That's it.
Unofficial Fallout 3 patch's changes were carried forward, so it is a requirement.
Killing alien workers and getting negative karma never made any sense to me. For one thing, how would anyone on Earth know what you're doing on Mothership Zeta? For another, as far as I know, there is no way to get positive karma in this DLC so this is unbalanced to begin with.
Plus, they're aliens. Who cares, you should be able to kill them with impunity.
