I maked me a home in the Springvale house, just across the school.
This is my 0. X version of my Sprinvale house, far from perfect,it is.(yes...) Well This is a small house mod,(big town size) Living room, your(Bed)room, kitchen, follower beds, and a small \"hobby room\". Toilet in the front ;) There is : working fridge, workbench, Ca. 7 containers 2 (god) item = re-spawning junk, for repair needs, and to many dollars in the safe ;) and \"clutter\" :D stove is not working(\"for eating mod\"), it got a little door problem (you looking down when exit ??help?? I apologize for the spelling ;) PS. The key is for now located on the T. V.
