Miscellaneous Items Fix

This mod changes the weights of the misc. items within the game to more realistic levels. I\'m fully aware that there are other fixes out there, but I wanted something a touch different, so I created my own. I decided to leave some of the weight settings alone as I believe Bethesda was fairly accurate on a few items. The items that are weightless were made that way, because they are virtually weightless. Only items that way about 1. 5 ounces or more have weight. Some of the other weight fixes I\'ve seen add a 0. 1 to previously 0 valued weights and then also decrease 90% of the other weights which is IMO cheating. Although the STR value in the game already allows you to carry an insane amount of items, with a mod that lowers most weights basically turns your character into a pack brahmin.
