In Fallout 1 & 2, this AGI penalty was not present. Install ---------------------------------------- 1. Copy the .esp file to your Fallout 3\\Data\\ folder (default install path is C:\\Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3\\Data) 2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s). Uninstall ---------------------------------------- 1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2.
