This weapon was inspired by Opticon - Orgy. Idk first weapon I\'ve made that is inspired by a song. Anyway this adds a weapon called \'The Messenger\' to the bottom of Wheton Armory, The weapon has no traditional ammo because its merely a target painter painter for something much, much, larger. This weapon spawns 1 ammo every 5 minutes (this is only meant to balance it).
The weapon uses the energy weapons skill.
The basic story line for this:
The player came upon a weapon that linked into his Pipboy. The pipboy ressurected a long dormant military test weapon in outer space that was code named \'Opticon\'. The Opticon itself became fully functional and began to charge iteself once a charge was complete it would inform the Pipboy that it could fire. If the charge wasnt used it would be stored for use at a later date.
The only information the player was given from the files the pipboy could retrieve from the Opticon where informative; - that the weapon had a large blast radius and was comparable with a nuclear device.
