As I liked the house and the stuff inside I thought to use it as a base for my Santa Follower.

You need to have good or very good karma to hire him as a companion.
If your evil or very evil he won't want to follow you.
He voiced as well
Added a summon to santa using a party hat that can be found in his home
Will update this if I can find any more christmas ideas.
