Merc Adventurer Gear - SOCOM version

This is the SOCOM version of the merc adventurer gear. It replaces the male armor. Female armor is unaffected. It could be seen as an SAS version, too. I didn\'t like the buffalo bill pants on the adventurer gear so I got rid of them. I was going for a kevlar mesh feel. I don\'t know if this is it, but anyway that\'s what it\'s supposed to be. It\'s a little too dark, but if enough people like it but think it\'s too dark, I might try to rework it. I\'m iffy on it as is. drag and drop texture folder to the data folder located in your fallout 3 directory. You shouldn\'t need to update your archive invalidation w/ this, but here are the entries anyway: textures/armor/wastelandclothing03/outfitm.dds textures/armor/wastelandclothing03/outfitf.dds textures/armor/wastelandclothing03/glovesm.dds textures/armor/wastelandclothing03/glovesf.dds type \"player.additem 34124 1\" into the console to get the gear. The outfitf.dds and glovesf.dds are the vanilla files for the female armor. ==Update== I don\'t want to get into a big explanation, but I added the vanilla normal maps to all of my mods. Use the new versions to restore the specular shine from the original armors in the game. I haven\'t made any changes other than to add vanilla files that restore the shiny effect. This is not an essential update. To remove the shiny effect from the update, remove the files that end in _n.dds. The new files are all standalone. You don\'t need anything other than the primary file. With this one, the specular shine is not necessarily better. Screenshots are w/o normal maps. With specular shine it\'s definitely 2 dark. I\'ll get a screen of the spec.
