To remove the red menu, delete the "interface" folder out of "textures" directory in the mod archive.
This mod is an uncommon resultant of massive research and development into FO3 and FONV by modder 90SK.
It's an abstract art love project about Mars and FO3 with some interesting shared universe lore from science fiction. I am slowly building something huge. WIP
The best way to do the mod is to use the Regulator Perk / Underground HQ Teleporter. Otherwise, to get directly there: COC 4dentry
