Adds two NPCs to Megaton, Lupin and Gigen.
DESCRIPTION: This mod adds two new NPCs to Megaton city, almost near the Moriarty\'s Club. Lupin and Gigen have their own Outfit, and their own weapons. The weapons are not overpowered cause they are meant to be played by the player itself. Lupin Treasure (Pistol): DMG 39 Crit% 1. 390 Crit DMG 47 Crit Effect Changed HP Pistol 1500 Value 1190 LimbCrit 1. 220 Gigen . 44 (Pistol) Crit% 1. 190 DMG 47 Crit DMG 53 HP Pistol 2300 Value 1810 Download and Rate if you like the mod.
