As requested in this.

The Mod adds Liliths hair from Borderlands to every VANILLA RACE, soon a new Lilith Race, currently its version 1. 0, because i am testing the engine currently, i came from Unity to Fallout 3 so it is a little.. different, because i dont have engine access here.

UPCOMING FEATURES ;

Lilith Race, Hair Variants, Armors and Make Up. Some Weapons, Swords, "Shields" (Energy Shields), Granades and Turrets. Much more to be told.

Normal installation as listed beyond ;

Install to - Fallout 3\Data\

Optional Colors can be installed like this ->

choose your opt. colour and insert the folder in it in -> Fallout 3/data/ <- and overwrite

I am also working on a mod that changes a lot and brings a large amount of things to the Wasteland.. such as a headquarter of E. R. G, outfits, weapons.. environments, new worldspace and much more, not decided yet to publish it, for now it has a "Wallpaper" as you can see, it will also combine some Borderlands things with Fallout, i'm a hobby 3D artis and programmer, i am not native english but my english is doing good so far.
