He certainly wasn\'t the dream officer. He wears his uniform backwards sometimes, takes bribes and simply can\'t do things properly. If you pass a speech check, he calls Eden and thanks to which he gets \"recommissioned\". This could mean being fired or thrown into field duties. The big idea of this mod is to allow the recruitment of the said officer. Naturally, only if you didn\'t kill him. If you bribed him or passed one of the two SPECIAL checks, he will appear outside anyway. Let\'s say that Eden heard Williams\' discussion with you. An officer being intimidated or bribed by an outsider isn\'t good. =============== Details: =============== See gallery for exact location of Williams. Repeat, he can be recruited if you talked him out of killing you in Raven Rock. If you did that already, you can spawn him by entering the following into Console: prid xx001569 enable The \"xx\" is the mod\'s order number in FOMM.
