Liberty Sniper Rifle

The power of Liberty Primes laser in the form of a sniper rifle. This had a lot of bugs in its earliest stages but i think i finally worked them out. This was my first mod. If you have any problems just leave the in the comments and ill try to respond to them. Installation: just copy the esp file in the data folder located in your fallout 3 folder wherever that may be located on your computer. check the box in fomm and start fallout 3. Location: located near megaton u cant miss it they are floating in the air, and there are suposed to be only one but for some reason there are 5 (one is too high to reach and hard to find use the cheat tcl to get it if u really want it) i couldnt find out why there was five (edit) until now since im a better modder then b4 (i was pretty stupid back then lol) i now know how to make them stop being in the air (not updating it cause i dont want to) and the big exclamation point is prob due to the fact that i had all expansion packs when making and prob used parts from anchorage or broken steel or another mod that just popped up in my head i think it was a black silenced sniper idk im not updating or taking it down cause that would be a waste of my time but next time i will make a mod that actually works for other people (sorry bout that hehe)
