Less SPECIAL

Description

I didn't like being able to start with 5 free points to assign to the SPECIAL stats, so I changed it.

Personally, I prefer 3 points, since there are already lots of ways to increase the stats during gameplay (Intense Training, Quests, DLC Perks, Armor, Items, etc.), but I also created different .esp files in case you prefer more/less points:

• []Less SPECIAL 4.esp: you get 4 points

  []Less SPECIAL 3.esp: you get 3 points (recommended)

  []Less SPECIAL 2.esp: you get 2 points

  []Less SPECIAL 1.esp: you only get 1 point (use it wisely!)

  []Less SPECIAL 0.esp: you don't get any points, you'll only be able to increase a stat by lowering another one.

  These changes reflect in the "You're SPECIAL" book, as well as when you leave Vault 101.

  Obviously, you'll need to start a new game to see the changes.

  Installation

  Two alternatives, choose one:

  1st. Click the DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER button. Then activate with the NMM. Follow the installer instructions, and enjoy. :)

  2nd. Manual installation:

  1) Download manually.

  2) Select the option you want from one of the folders, and copy the .esp file to your \Fallout 3\Data directory.

  3) Activate the .esp file using the NMM.

  4) Enjoy :)
