Karma Mines

This mod adds two very special gnomes to the game. Each will provide you with either Karma Mines or Nano Virus Grenades for little more than some caps, and a piece of your soul. Whether you are good or evil, the mine gnome will take all kinds of souls. Each exchange will move your character closer to neutral, until too neutral to pay up. IE: A perfectly good or evil character will be neutral in as little as four purchases. At which time, (s)he must go and save/kill people until some karma is rebuilt. The grenade gnome is a bonus, and only eats innocent (good) karma. THINGS TO BEAR IN MIND ---------------------- -The mines and grenades are freakishly powerful, have enormous ranges, short fuses, and (due to their karma nature) the ability to penetrate walls. You will not likely survive a poorly or hastily placed mine or grenade. -The weapons are extremely expensive for two reasons: 1) I dislike god weapons, and try to balance all my weapons somehow. 2) Like Fable, Fallout 3 implemented a wonderful good/evil system that while incredibly intricate, has little effect on the game beyond the boos or cheers of civilians. These are intended for players at the end of the game, with lots of (useless) saved caps and Karma; Not the players at the beginning (see reason 1) TIPS ---- -Look for one of these special gnomes in both Paradise Falls (Grenades) and the Evergreen Mills Foundry (Mines) -Just because you see A gnome, does not mean it is the right gnome. These like to hide in nooks. -The mine making gnome can give 2 types of mine, based on the nature (good or evil) of the soul you give him. -Both gnomes will take money and karma, but the amounts for each differ.
