Island Player Home

I felt like the Megaton and Tenpenny homes were unexciting, so I set out to make a really cool player base. This mod takes a small peninsula that was located between the Citadel and the bridge that Liberty Prime goes across and turns it into an island, with a front gate and bridge to access it. It has a bunch of guard towers and turrets, and overall is pretty cool looking. In the middle is a bunker style door that leads into the actual home. It's just a simple rectangular layout but it has lots of stuff in it - a bed, fridges, gun/armor lockers, ammo boxes (some filled with grenades/mines that respawn), a pool table, stoves, christmas lights, rugs, etc... Overall it's a pretty chill home. Still work to be done, however in its current state is effectively done.

If you have an idea for something that would be cool please let me know, as I'll be adding things as I think of them and of course can't think of everything. Also, if you want to mod it yourself or do anything to it I don't mind at all, just toss me some credit if you do and end up uploading it somewhere! This is my first mod I've made that I felt like people would enjoy so hope you like it and please give me suggestions if you have any!

In the pictures you'll notice there's trees with leaves, that's because I use Vurt's "Flora Overhaul" mod, it's great, so if you like a lush landscape, go check it out! If you don't have his mod, the trees will simply not have leaves, and the mod will still work.

To install is easy, just unzip the file and drop the .esp in your data folder.
