Ever been frustrated when your a high level Wanderer but always seem to find your health being chipped away slowly by low level enemies? If you said yes, then I have made a simple (and probably pre-existing) solution for you! I raised the DR cap to 100, meaning that with the proper perks and armor (and possibly a few mods), you can be INVINCIBLE!!! Have fun and don't abuse your new found power!
