DESCRIPTION
This mod turns water beggars into handicapped persons. Obviously, now they are not able to survive by their self and need to beg near cities.
Micky (Megaton): A yao-guai tore off his left arm. Some hunters passing nearby killed the beast before it could eat him.
Carlos (Rivet City): Brotherhood found him unconscious and without his legs after assaulting a super mutants camp.
Willy (Tenpenny Tower): A centaur spit right on his face leaving him blind.
Carlos (Rivet City) and Willy (Tenpenny Tower) won't move from their place for obvious reasons, even if there are enemies around or if they are attacked. Only Micky (Megaton) can flee if there are enemies nearby.

INSTALLATION
As usual, extract the .rar in your Fallout 3 data folder and check the .esp in your FOMM or in your Fallout 3 Launcher.
Make sure you have installed ArchiveInvalidation or FOMM (or new textures wont work properly)
BUGS, ERRORS AND INCOMPATIBILITY
I guess that may be incompatible with any other mod about water beggars.
