This is a script and a plugin to convert 'GNR Enhanced' music to .wav format and use it in-game. This will fix stuttering for many users who have found other fixes not to work.

EDIT: It looks like the script will sometimes play songs twice in a row. To fix, delete or otherwise move all mp3 files w/o "mono" in the name.

EDIT2: Even the above may still cause duplicate plays. Working on a solution.

Please see the readme.txt if these instructions are not complete enough for you.

Pre-install: Create a save with GNR radio turned off. 1) Download/install GNR Enhanced (link above) 2) Download this package and extract into your Fallout3/Data/sound/radio/GNR directory 3) Run convert.bat file from the command-line in that directory. Ignore output. 4) Move 'GNR Enhanced WAV Only.esp' to Fallout3/Data directory 5) Disable 'GNR Enhanced.esp' and enable 'GNR Enhanced WAV Only.esp'. 6) Play.

Script does not delete original mp3 files. You may return to the old 'GNR Enhanced.esp' at any time (a new save with GNR radio turned off is suggested).

Tested to work on Windows 7. Should work on Windows XP and up.
