Description:
A small mod that as you may already suspect does one thing; more ghouls will spawn. The chance for more ghouls will initially be low, but will increase as your level will increase.
What's also fun! Ghouls will resurrect whenever you kill them, unless you blow off a limp. Then they will stay dead.
And last, I really, really, really hate the Ghoul Reavers, so I halved the health pool (1100 to 550)

Compatibilities:
This mod adds a script to the default ghouls added by Bethesda, as such it is incompatible with mods that change these ghouls as well.
Mod Settings:
You can change the default values if you don't like them, these can be found under Data\Config\GhoulRampage.ini
