FOOK - Weapon Repair Kits

Overview

I've always felt that scrap metal was too abundant and too overpowered when doing a FOOK play-through. I've added a very simple new item that you can craft at the workbench after purchasing schematics from Moira. You can also find the kits rarely being sold by merchants. These Repair Kits substitute scrap metal in the repair formlists for weapons, so now you can't just use scrap metal to repair weapons, you must use it to craft Repair Kits first. There are no fancy scripts attached to Repair Kits and no shenanigans of having a weapon equipped and using an ingestible, just simply repair using them as if you were repairing two weapons together or using scrap metal.

There are several mods that do something similar that I took inspiration from, but I wanted to take the simplest approach and balance the mod in my own way specific to FOOK.

I just implemented this in my own game, so more balancing of the crafting costs/value of the kits may come. Feel free to suggest any changes to the mod. If there is any desire for a CRAFT version of my mod instead, also feel free to speak up and I will see what I can do.
