It simply makes all melee and unarmed weapons faster, there are more versions of the mod you can choose between x2 faster / x5 faster or x10 faster, all of those versions also have another version that removes all melee weapons weight
Installation: Just use NMM/Vortex or drop the ESP in the Data folder and activate it.
Note from now the grown up author: This mod is a joke, it was one of my first ever mods, it probably breaks a lot of stuff, it is fun if you want a really chaotic gameplay, but that's about it
