Installation
Manual
1. Install ENBSeries for Fallout 3/NV
2. Copy this mod to the root of the game folder.
Vortex Mod Manager
1. Install it using Vortex
You will need to manually set the
UseEffect=false
UseEffect=true

How to get ENB working correctly?
I also had this problem when first starting out, but I managed to fix it by using these tweaks.
If some options suggested is not present in the .ini file, just add them.
1. Editing Fallout.ini
The location for this is:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Fallout.ini
2. Under make these changes:
bFloatPointRenderTarget=1
bDoHighDynamicRange=1
iMultiSample=0
iWaterMultiSamples=0
bDoDepthOfField=0
bUseBlurShader=0
3. Under make this change:
bUseWaterDisplacements=0
4. Make Fallout.ini Read-Only
This will prevent the launcher from overriding the changes.
Do steps 1-4 for
FalloutPrefs.ini
