Remove Graffiti
Just like my recent Calvert Mansion Fix, this eliminates flickering. This time of the Raider Graffiti around the wasteland on a few buildings and all Raider camps. However since there are so many i have just removed them instead of actually fixing them, would you even notice? Probably not.
